抑尘车雾炮

雾炮抑尘车,又叫多功能抑尘车,雾霾防治车,风炮式抑尘车,喷雾降尘车,工矿压尘车等多种称谓。主要用于铁路煤炭运输扬尘污染防治,也广泛用于其它散装物料运输过程防扬尘污染以及渣料场、储煤场、建筑工地、固沙、水泥、企业各种露天料场生态护坡,城市道路等方面的抑尘降尘,并且有效地改善生活或作业环境。

 

工作原理:

雾炮喷环将水雾化成与粉尘大小相当的水珠,由于水珠颗粒和尘埃颗粒相似或者相同,尘埃颗粒随气流运行过程中与水珠颗粒产生接触而变得湿润。被湿润的粉尘颗粒继续吸附其它粉尘颗粒而逐渐凝结成颗粒团。粉尘颗粒团由于自身的重力作用而沉降。

 喷环喷雾射程远,覆盖面积大,它既可以用自来水,对粉尘具有降尘能力,抑尘后符合国家粉尘排放标准,而且物料表面含水率增加0.3%

 这种湿法抑尘的方法主要是对料堆表面洒水增湿,利用水雾控制粉尘的扩散。其作用是增加粉尘颗粒的粘滞性和重量来预制起尘。

 通过实践证明,抑尘车的工作大大减少了粉尘空气污染的力度。

Fog cannon dust suppression vehicle, also called multi-functional dust suppression vehicle, haze control vehicle, air cannon dust suppression vehicle, spray dust reduction vehicle, industrial and mining dust suppression vehicle and many other titles. Mainly used for railway coal transport dust pollution prevention, but also widely used in other bulk material transportation process to prevent dust pollution and slag field, coal storage, construction sites, sand fixing, cement, enterprises of various open-air material field ecological slope, urban roads and other aspects of dust suppression and dust reduction, and effectively improve the living or working environment.

 

Working principle.

The fog cannon spray ring atomises the water into water droplets of comparable size to the dust. As the water droplet particles are similar or identical to the dust particles, the dust particles become moistened by contact with the water droplet particles during operation with the airflow. The wetted dust particles continue to attract other dust particles and gradually condense into particle clusters. The clumps of dust particles settle due to their own gravity.

 The spray ring spray has a long range and covers a large area, it can be used both with tap water, has dust reduction capacity for dust, meets national dust emission standards after dust suppression, and increases the water content of the material surface by 0.3%.

 This wet method of dust suppression mainly involves sprinkling water on the surface of the pile to increase the humidity and using water mist to control the spread of dust. The effect is to increase the stickiness and weight of the dust particles to preempt dust starting.

 It has been proven through practice that the work of dust suppression vehicles has greatly reduced the intensity of dust air pollution.

The core component of the spray ring is the atomizing nozzle, available in FHA1.0, FHA1.2, FHA1.5, FHA1.9; the following nozzle performance parameters are available for selection purposes.

 

FHA fine atomizing nozzles, without the use of compressed air, only use high pressure liquid to form very fine hollow conical smoke particles, which can effectively cover and catch the fine dust in the air, so as to achieve perfect dust suppression and dust reduction effect.
